Wholesale Order Deadline & Shipping Policy

To ensure the health and well-being of your fish, please submit all orders by Monday to allow us adequate time to properly prepare your shipment, and arrange safe transportation. By planning ahead, we can better coordinate shipping schedules and account for weather and transit conditions. This helps to minimize stress on the animals, making sure your fish arrive in the healthiest condition possible . Your fish's health is our priority, and your satisfaction is our commitment. Payment Methods

Dead on Arrival (DOA) Policy

If any livestock arrives deceased, please notify us within 4 hours of delivery and provide at least two clear photos of the affected livestock. Submit all DOA claims to your sales representative or email wholesale@bluecrownaqua.com. This helps us address your concerns promptly and provide the best possible customer service.
